Hola!

I’m a hispanic, first-generation, OCD creative and marketing leader. For me, the busier the day the more focused I become. You see, organization of tasks and equal distribution of work to my team is like an elixir of joy for this OCD soul. That’s not to say I don’t enjoy some down time but I reserve that for after work hours when movement becomes a priority for my peace of mind. Movement is the key to my no stress “I Got This” personality, whether it be a long walk with my dog Pixel aka Pixie, a run on my Peloton tread or some sweaty yoga, movement brings me clarity.

My creative approach—no matter the medium—is keeping the design focused, clean, to-the-point, with little to no fuss, and touches of personality. Hierarchy and thoughtful layout is what you'll see in my work, and efficiency, resourcefulness, lightheartedness and most importantly sass, is what you'll get to know in my personality.

Over the course of a 15 year career, I’ve worked in almost every aspect of design and marketing within a wide range of industries with every type of personality. Print, digital, picky, laid-back, video, on-air, passionate, confused, branding, strategy, business development and the beat goes on and on. However, my passion lies in branding, marketing strategy and design mentoring. Getting to dive into the personality of a brand, the impact of the visual story and the strategic execution lights a fire under me. Being able to share my experience and knowledge to help impact someone else’s design career brings it all full circle and helps create a new generation of inspirational design leaders.
